Configuring the SAP Sales Doc Search Component in FlexiPages
Use the Lightning App Builder to configure the SAP Sales Doc Search component in FlexiPages. Refer to Configuring an SAP Component in a FlexiPage to see how to configure the SAP Sales Doc Search component.
You need to drag the SAP Sales Doc Search component onto the page multiple times in order to display search results for multiple presets. For example, the screenshot below shows two instances of the SAP Sales Doc Search component: once for SAP Orders AND again for SAP Quotes (since orders and quotes are both Sales Docs).
The following settings control fields that display Sales Doc Search information. Use these settings to control which invoice information from your SAP instance displays within Salesforce.
- Display SD Type - Sales Document Type
- Display SD Type Description - Sales Document Type Description
Other configurable fields:
- Title - Will display only if Display Header is checked (if left blank, no title will display).
- Presets - Select the Search Preset from the drop-down list. The preset chosen will use the search parameters and sorting information configured in metadata (example: SAP Orders or SAP Quotes).
- Override Default Page Link (Optional) - Overrides the default Surface detail page. Used to redirect from the search page to your own custom detail page.
- Rename Custom# Field (# = 1-10) - Will display only if the corresponding Display Custom# Field is checked (if blank, default display = "Custom#").
