SAP Customer Company

Summary​

The SAP Customer Company component determines what customer company information (like account number and billing codes associated with a customer) from your SAP instance displays within Salesforce. This is configured legal entity information required to create documents.

Configuring the SAP Customer Company Component on FlexiPages​

The following settings control fields that display Customer Company information on FlexiPages. Use these settings to control how customer company information from your SAP instance displays within Salesforce.

  • Layout Mode - This drop-down lets you to decide whether the component information should be displayed in a table format or in a tiled format. The tile format may be preferable for mobile devices.

NOTE:

  • You can also display custom fields within the SAP Customer Company component using Custom Field Presets.
  • Custom Field Presets is set to None by default.
